Where Leadership Meets Responsibility

At Narayana E-Techno & Olympiad School's Aarohan 2026–27 Investiture Ceremony, the message resonated loud and clear: leadership is not defined by a badge, but by responsibility, integrity, compassion and teamwork.

Where Leadership Meets Responsibility

Bengaluru I July 10:

The Investiture Ceremony of Aarohan 2026–27 at Narayana E-Techno & Olympiad School, Nagarabhavi was more than a formal investiture of the Student Council—it was an inspiring lesson on the true meaning of leadership.

Delivering the keynote address, Mr. Madhusudan Avala, Additional International Commissioner, Bharat Scouts and Guides, congratulated the newly elected student leaders and reminded them that "great leadership comes with great responsibility."

Drawing an analogy from Spider-Man, he said leadership is a transformation that demands accountability, humility and service.

Encouraging students to prepare for a rapidly changing world, Mr. Avala stressed the importance of critical thinking in the age of artificial intelligence and social media.

He urged students not to accept everything they encounter online at face value, but to question, verify and seek guidance whenever in doubt.

He also emphasised that leadership is never an individual pursuit. "Leadership is teamwork," he said, reminding both council members and fellow students that every achievement of the school depends on collective effort. Patience, resilience and the ability to work together, he noted, will shape the leaders of tomorrow.

'Journey guided by Honesty, Courage and Compassion'

In her inspiring address, Principal Mrs. Sriraksha D. congratulated the newly elected Student Council and described leadership as a journey guided by honesty, courage and compassion.

She urged the young leaders to lead with integrity and become role models who inspire others through their actions.

Together, the addresses painted a powerful picture of leadership—not as a position of privilege, but as a commitment to serve.

As the Student Council of Aarohan 2026–27 begins its tenure, the ceremony marked the start of a new chapter where values, responsibility and teamwork will remain the guiding force for every young leader.
